Open CID File

The first use of the CID extension is for the CallerID software. CallerID.com is a manufacturer of communications equipment for caller identification, both hardware and software.

On the other hand, CID files are also used with the coDiagnostiX software which is a computer-aided dental implant planning software, with a vast library of different manufacturers of implants, and whose final project, once the plan is made, are saved in the CID files.

Finally, the CID files are used for the Navigator program, which is a celestial navigation software, suitable for navigators who make use of the position of celestial bodies to orient themselves, in this case the CID files are used to save the description of the images on the maps.
