Open VGA File

Files with a VGA extension are normally used as a Windows driver that supports VGA monitors; allows the user to adjust video parameters such as screen resolution and color depth through the native Windows Monitors control panel; obviously these files were only used in the first versions of Windows even when VGA monitors were commonly used.

Today modern monitors do not make use of VGA technology and therefore this type of files has become obsolete.

VGA files are considered binary, as they are hardware drivers and are not designed to be opened and / or edited manually.
