A file with the TBL extension is a type of table file used by StarCraft, a real-time strategy game in which players control units such as Terran, Zerg, or Protoss races.

The TBL file contains text descriptions for game labels, such as unit names, and is also used as a lookup table to display the text during gameplay.
TBL files are commonly used to create "mods" for StarCraft game content and can be modified using a variety of editors.
They can often be found within MPQ format and extension files under the name stat_txt.tbl.
