Open SCH File

SCH files are mainly used by electronic design programs, especially those whose core is based on Spice CAD.

SCH files are generally edited by any schematic editor and are based on XML tags. For example, the KiCAD program, with its Schematic Capture Editor tool, uses the SCH files to save the schematics of the PCB templates, as a final product.

In general terms, SCH files can be opened with any text editor, however, we do not recommend it as it can break the schematic.
