Open OFC File

The OFC file is a financial data format developed by Microsoft for its Money software as an open format for exchanging data with other financial programs.

Microsoft Money is personal finance management software, created by Microsoft Corporation, that opens and edits files created by Money.

However, it is important to note that Money does not offer online support or web application services.

The acronym OFC comes from Open Financial Connectivity.

It was designed to adapt to the requirements of various banking systems of the time, for paying bills locally and internationally.

The OFC format was replaced by the OFX format in 1997 and is therefore not compatible with MS Money 2005 or later.

That said, it makes the OFC format obsolete.
