Open OBI File
A file with the OBI extension is a type of file created by Microsoft Outlook, an email and calendar program.
What is Outlook?
Outlook is a personal information manager developed by Microsoft, available as part of the Microsoft 365 suite (formerly Office 365).
Microsoft Outlook can be used as a stand-alone application to work day and night or with Microsoft Exchange Server to provide services to multiple users within an organization, such as shared mailboxes, common calendars, etc.
The OBI file contains RSS subscription names and properties in an XML format, and is used to store subscriptions to RSS feeds for an outlook profile.
OBI files are named using the <profilename>.sharing.xml.obi convention.
OBI files can be exported to Outline Processor Markup Language, or OPML, files by selecting the following option in Outlook:
File ? Import and Export ? Export all RSS feeds as OPML file.
